Alex, the Associate who greeted me was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I can honestly say I’m not used to getting this kind of treatment from businesses anymore He helped me get the correct tires and price for what I Needed for my vehicle. Two concerns 1 not sure if rotation of new and old was done properly. Since new tires and rotation my front alignment is off My car pulls to the left. 2 I did explain I had a concern on noise on passenger rear well, when I got my car and asked about the noise , they said they where not told about it.

A great experience from start to finish. I arrived before 8 and joined several others waiting for the store to open. When it opened, the store employees already had our order of arrival based on their watching each of us arrive in the parking lot, so there was no question of when we would be helped. I was amazed at the system they used for this procedure. (They had each of us identified by our car model.) When it was my turn, the associate was very thorough inspecting my vehicle. I had previously been on line and was considering a certain brand of tire and he confirmed the correct size and gave me a price that I had seen online. The tires were installed in less than an hour, even though customers continually arrived. The shop was busy, but work was done quickly and correctly. I spent about an hour and 15 minutes from start to finish. A very satisfying experience.

Professional and courteous

I think they were short staffed when I was there but had super service from Kaleb.

I received a friendly greeting from Kevin when I drop my vehicle off at the store. The vehicle was ready in 90 minutes as promised. I would definitely recommend the store and I will be back.
